CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing primary care to patients, including taking x-rays, assisting the dentist during procedures, and helping to educate patients on proper oral hygiene. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
- Perform basic office duties such as scheduling appointments, filing, and answering phones.
- Maintain patient records and charts.
- Assist with laboratory procedures such as taking impressions and pouring casts.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
