Matt is married to the love of his life Linda, they have 5 children. Matt enjoys spending time on his family, and coaching and watching sports. Matt has been a board member with the United Community Health Center since February 2015.
Jay and his wife, Anne, co-founded the nonprofit youth organization, The Bridge of Storm Lake, in 2010. His commitment to empower youth that have come from challenging places drives his passion in his work and as a board member at UCHC. Jay Graduated from Iowa State University in 2001 with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering. Jay and Anne stay active with their 5 children. He enjoys watching and playing sports, doing construction projects and taking care of the animals on his small farm. Jay has been a Board member since February/March 2019.

Lorinda Peterson is a dog kennel owner and operator at Camp Eddy in Alta. She graduated from Iowa Central Community College as an EMT in 2004. She and her late husband Brent have one grown daughter. She enjoys spending time on her farm with her family, Boston Terrier, and the dogs she boards. Lorinda has been a board member with the United Community Health Center since February 2014.

Steve is a graduate of Buena Vista University in 2007. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Jenna, and his two daughters, Callie and Cammie. He is an avid golfer and enjoys playing at the beautiful Buena Vista University Golf Course at Lake Creek. Steve has been a board member with the United Community Health Center since December, 2019.

Jackie Duffy is a Registered Nurse graduate of St. Joseph Mercy School of Nursing in Sioux City. She was employed at Sac County Health Services in Sac County for 39 years, recently retiring as Nurse Administrator in July 2021. Her career was in Home Care and Public Health with the past 2 years focusing on COVID response. Serving on the United Community Health Center Board was a natural fit as her focus has always been caring and protecting the heath of the community. Jackie's husband, Terry have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. They moved to beautiful Storm Lake in 2017. The community has been very welcoming with many new friends. Jackie enjoys spending time caring for grandchildren, reading, walks and boating in the summer months. Jackie has been a board member since September 2015.
